Return and exchange
Dear Customer
You have a 30-day right of return and a 30-day right of cancellation.
The jewelry must always be returned in the same condition as when received, in the original jewelry box (the small box the jewelry is in) and without it having been used. We do not exchange or return money for used gift boxes (the large purchased gift box). We only exchange items for which an order number can be presented for purchase. This also applies if you have received a piece of jewelry as a gift. The order number was sent to the email used for the purchase. We do not accept return packages sent for collection at delivery points or parcel shops. The return package must always be sent directly to our address.
How to return:
1. Pack the jewelry securely.
2. Remember to note you order number in the package

Once we have received the package, we will process your return as soon as possible. The money will be returned to the payment card used for the purchase.
